Garden Villa

A good location for an overnight stay.

Good size

Not clean, shower upstairs either boiling hot or freezing cold, dishwasher needs salt and rinse aid and minimum 2 tablets for a 2 night stay. It’s tired and tatty bathroom wall upstairs is terrible 😞. Punch bag boxing gloves and dumbbells why ? BBQ full of cigarette butts. No instructions how to take child lock off microwave. Very disappointed looks nothing like the photos

Convenient location, good communication and price was good value for money. No issues with parking and check in and check out process was very easy.

Some areas of the house are a little tired and in need of some improvement. Mainly in the bathrooms with loose fittings, unfinished walls etc... may have been under renovations at the time we stayed. But this did not affect our stay and we would stay here again.

Toys for the kids provided, plenty of room, full kitchen equipment.

Quite warm. Fans provided which helped. Odd layout to attic bedroom (due to stairs) but not that problematic.

The house was large, well equipped with everything we needed and even had toys, indoor and outdoor, to entertain the kids. It was on a nice quiet road with a nice pub and Chinese takeaway just around the corner and only a 15 minute walk into town. Was perfect for our family trip and we will definitely be returning.

The property had lots to offer a group like ours. Adults & children. And was idea for our visit, seeing family who already live in the area. The property had lots of extra things to make it feel homely. David the manager always responded to any enquiries we had.

More attention to certain areas that needed a closer eye for cleaning. But other than that, all good.
