David was extremely responsive and accommodating aswell as the house just overall having everything you need, being clean and affordable

all I would say is that the mattress in the bunk bed room is a little uncomfortable but that’s all

THE PROPERTY IS ALLOT BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS FROM THE PHOTOS. LARGE KITCHEN DINING AREA WITH A DOWN STAIRS TOILET AND SHOWER. REALLY NICE GARDEN. THERE WERE LOADS OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN BOARD GAMES, DARTS, BLACK BOARDS, PLAY HOUSE IN THE GARDEN. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. HAD A BATHROOM/SHOWER UPSTAIRS. THE MASTER BEDROOM NICE AND SPACIOUS. THEY HAD TV IN EVERY ROOM.

THERE WERE ONLY 3 MUGS FOR HOT DRINKS, PLENTY OF GLASSES. I DID HAVE TO GET TEA BAGS, MILK & SUGAR.

Great location, within easy access of the area we needed. The house was clean and comfortable, it provided everything we expected. The garden at the rear is fantastic, just a pity it was too cold for us to use however, we imagine it to be great for families in the summer.

It would have been good to have warmer duvets, somewhere to hang clothes and wet towels in the bedrooms. Perhaps a blind or curtain in the upstairs bathroom window and some waste bins in the bedrooms.

Smells of dog but other then that was a lovely house
