The WiFi worked well. Clean linen.

The beds were not as described. The small double in bedroom 1 was actually a toddler bed. We did not have linen for all beds. The camp bed was broken. The main shower head in the upstairs bathroom did not work. There was rubbish all around the rear near the bin. The dryer did not work properly. The outdoor chairs were all broken and backyard was untidy. Overall disappointed for the money we spent.

Nice, quiet location. Just a 20 minute walk into Stafford town centre. Communication was good with very clear instructions.

Unfortunately not everything that was listed on the welcome pack was left for our arrival. No milk, bread or biscuits. The butter that was left was out of date. Just minor points and there is a small convenience store just at the end of the road that we used.

there was plenty of space for us to stay. a good sized kitchen and dining table. Beds were very comfortable.

The white walls where full of dirty marks and it was very noticeable. The kitchen worktops and window sill was dirty and a cupboard we opened in the kitchen was full of marks. first impressions were it wasn’t very clean. had I been staying for more than one night I’d have asked for it to be cleaned. there was food in the fridge also from the last people to stay.

Everything you could possibly need. Set up by people who really understand what you need in a holiday let - big bath towels, pint glasses, lots of mugs, loads of toys/games for all ages, excellent blackout curtains/shutters, toiletries, welcome pack of breakfast stuff

This is the first time we have dtayed here and we have booked again in may It's a handy place for when we compete great communication

The beds need new mattress and they are not the most comfortable
