Garden Villa

*Great location and beautiful house. *Lots of facilities. *Nice to have parking outside of the property. *Good communication.

Few issues: *No bread, milk or biscuits as described in welcome pack… which was very disappointing. *Smelt a little musty and stuffy on arrival but okay once windows were open and aired through. *Cleanliness was a bit lacking in the kitchen - cornflakes under kitchen cabinets, dirty saucepan and hair in cutlery draw. *House is kept very hot. All the radiators were on highest settings. *Some instructions for microwave/ cooker/ oven would have been helpful.

Beds were uncomfortable and the mattress needs changed on several beds

House was comfortable, clean and suited us.

The property was fit for our purposes. The facilities and the space cannot fault. The kids loved it! It had all the facilities you need to stay, thank you to the staff member that came out to fix a few issue!

The downstairs was lacking in cleaning, some doors and dinner table very sticky, between the gaps of the table there was a build up of food over time! So I tried to clean the areas I came across that were missed by the cleaner! There was an unpleasant damp smell when we entered the out, so I put a few scented candle on! Sone beds can do with three mattresses being replaced. The above are easy fixes!

We loved every single thing it ticked all boxes and as was described on website the welcome pack was fabulous we will definitely be staying again x

As couple were smokers so they stood out in back garden a security light or light to switch on when out there would been handy

Such a lovely stay, the house has everything you need and more! And the hosts were absolutely lovely and the little attention to details were fabulous

Nothing really

Appreciated the little bits and bobs like tea coffee milk, foil, hand wash etc. the bedding and towels provided was helpful.

We couldn’t find a hair dryer even after asking about this. There were about 8 dead wasps in the attack room which I had to Hoover up when we first got there. The single bed in the attic room was tiny and was under the impression this was a normal single sized bed.
