Garden Villa

Host was exceptional. There was bread, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, marmalade and orange left in the house by the host for us to use. Plenty of entertainment to utilise such as darts, smart TV, board games. we were a group of 9 adults who stayed comfortably in the accommodation. Fans in every room which was great as meant everyone could sleep well. The list of positives is endless. would love to return for longer next time.

a lot of the guests found that the dust in the air set off their allergies/asthma. The house wasn't visibly dusty or unclean and was only really detectable by those who were allergic and asthmatic.

It provided a spacious downstairs living area, had a well equipped kitchen and overall catered very well for a family, with lots of toys, games and TVs, and a great secure garden at the back. we found milk in the fridge and tea coffee making supplies, which was a real blessing when only staying one night. The whole house was really clean.

It was disappointing that having requested a cot, all we could find was a broken one in a downstairs cupboard. We expected a working cot to have been assembled in one of the bedrooms. Only after our visit were we told that it had been stored under a bed, so they have agreed in future to leave instructions regarding the cot. The gravel pathway in the back garden was a little bit toddler UNfriendly, as the little ones either slipped on it or tried to eat it. The main bed in the attic room was barely a double and the mattress on the other double bunk bed was very poor cheap quality and uncomfortably.

Fantastic house for a group stay. Very clean and has everything you need and more!

About a 20 minute walk into town and for some reason very difficult to find taxis in Stafford!
