"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, though there is room for improvement."

We appreciated the excellent service and the highly accessible reception team. Communicating over WhatsApp made it very easy to get quick responses to our requests. Overall, the hospitality was very good and the staff did their best to accommodate everything we needed.

The breakfast menu could be improved as both the Western and Indonesian options lacked flavour and variety. The dining tables were not always cleaned thoroughly even after we requested it. Most of the welcome drinks on the first day were alcoholic and although the staff removed them when we mentioned we do not drink, they did not provide any replacements.

Condition and maintenance was atrocious Broken furniture and cupboards External furniture and loungers were inadequate, 2 for 4 people and the cushions were filthy and stained

Staff were incredible - William and Ari were absolute blessings. The bed was comfortable and amenities were great.

It is starting to show its age with lots of minor repair works being visible like silicone and peeling woods, cracked walls etc.
