Amazing staff, great and respectful and thoughtful! Clean room, wonderful breakfast 🥞,fr e Nespresso in the room. And wonderful Christmas surprise ginger cake!

The shower is low pressure and small, water is not very hot for the bath, and swimming pool needs to clean with hair inside!

"If you want to get sick come here."

Absolutely atrocious, property looks nothing like it’s advertised. I got severely sick and got bitten by a bed bug and my head was swollen. When I asked for compensation they immediately refused even with doctor certificates and proof of what occurred.

Nothing because of the way I was treated. If I no hold share more photos of the entire property I would. There was mould in the bathroom floor where the shower is, mould absolutely everywhere, ants crawling everywhere in the room.

Clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and hot shower . Very friendly, attentive and sweet staff that delivery Bali vibes well. Kudos to the team! Communicated well via WA! Our stay was great with huge portion of breakfast delivery to room on time. Just as shown in the photos.

A great stay with beautiful staff, we were greeted by Blas who made our stay perfect. Ari also assisted with everything and always with a smile nothing was ever too big for them to organise for us, we will be back again!

The aesthetic, the comfort, the air conditioning in every room, all created the perfect and most relaxing environment to unwind on our holiday.

The location was a little bit out of main Seminyak, shopping and food quite a walk away, but honestly we did not mind at all! Grab Cars were so affordable, we just got driven wherever we wanted to go to and the staff were so polite as we were coming and going.

Does not look like the addy Upon arrival the bed sheet has yellow stain. The entire villa is run down and not clean. Humidity on the ceilings. I didn't not stay and asked for a refund.
