Ama-Lurra Resort - Pool Villa

La experiencia fue horrible. No nos limpiaron la habitación y encima una mañana nos quedamos sin agua. La llave de la habitación no funciono una noche y un chico tuvo que entrar saltando para abrirnos. Por último y lo peor de todo, la empresa de alquiler de Bicis que hay enfrente nos estafó y nos cobro 100 euros por pérdida de bici cuando ellos mismos fueron los que la cogieron y les habíamos visto. El hotel fue cómplice informando en todo momento lo que íbamos a hacer y cuando teníamos el check out para que no pudiéramos irnos sin caer en su estafa. La peor experiencia viajando que he tenido.

El trato, la limpieza y la ubicación.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument génial ! L’hôtel est sublime et très bien placé, la vue de la plage est dingue, le personnel est adorable, toujours disponible ! Je recommande 1000x

Localisation, calme, service

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good location, that side of the island seemed quieter, but easy access walking or cycling around the island. Very peaceful.

Some of the facilities seemed a bit tired, but on our last day they closed the restaurant and bar for renovations and I believe that they're also going to be renovating the villas.

De locatie is top en het is fijn om een zwembad bij je huisje te hebben.

Zoveel insecten! Misschien kwam het omdat we er waren in het regenseizoen.
