The host contacted us before our arrival and promptly met us on site to show us the features of our unit and answer any questions. The accommodations are beautiful with great design and layout. Everything we needed was provided and it is one of the nicest accommodations we have stayed at. I feel the price we paid represented excellent value.

The immediate area around the property is a little run-down with some abandoned buildings, lots of graffiti, etc. This is no fault of the owner and we never felt unsafe.

Kissamos is the perfect location to visit Balos Beach, Elafonisi and Falasarna beaches. We had an excellent stay at Limosa Luxury Residences. The apartments are well equipped, clean, and spacious. The pool is great for families with young children. We received wonderful advice on where to eat and how to visit various locations like locals. It was perfect. There’s also a great grocery store within walking distance and a few cute shops/restaurants to explore in town.

The property itself is great. The surrounding area is still developing (a few abandoned buildings, graffiti, etc) but this is common throughout Crete.

The pictures were true of the accommodation, this property is extremely well looked after and the host Christopher would do anything to make sure your stay is first class. The villa is modern and definitely attention to detail is top priority. Will definitely return.

The place was brand new, clean, and very well-maintained. The apartament was fully equipped with all household appliances. It’s also very child-friendly, which was a huge plus for us traveling with kids. There was plenty of space, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The host was super helpful and kind!

Villas are modern and well equipped. The host is very hospitable and helpful - provided bbq, sun umbrellas and reacted quickly to a small issue we had with electricity.

Not much to do in Kissamos and the region when it was pouring rain for two days in October

יש חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים. השאירו לנו במקרר מים מינרלים,לחם, חלב, נקניק וגבינה צהובה ואפילו משקה תפוזים. בנוסף היה קפסולות לקפה, טבליות למדיח כלים ומכונת כביסה. יש מחשבה על כל פרט . המקום נקי ומאובזר כמו שצריך, חלוקי מגבות לבריכה .טלויזיות חכמות עם כל האפליקציות.
