Struttura bellissima, camere ampie letti comodi, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, pulizia impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'ospite è stato super disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste, lo consigliamo assolutamente!! Ritorneremo con piacere!

Limosa Residences is a place to be, every tiny detail has been wisely designed to have the perfect stay. Houses are big, spaces are well conceived, everything is really clean and cozy. Me and my family had a perfect time and wished we could spend more and more time there. I can't wait to be back in Crete to enjoy the island and I will stay at Limosa without a doubt. Thanks also to Chriss who is an excellent host, he also shared with us full of useful tips to enjoy the island at the very best! Agata

La casa è super accogliente, comoda per tutto.

Purtroppo non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc e questo è un disagio non da poco, vista la mancanza del bidet.. Un altra mancanza è quella di regole per la piscina, visto che, essendo piccola , basta che c'è un bambino che si tuffa e schizza tu non puoi nemmeno prendere il sole in tranquillità.

The warm welcome we received from the owner was lovely. We were given a full description of how equipment worked in the property on our arrival. If we wanted anything we just had to contact the owner who was always willing and able to answer and sort out our queries. The owner was visible around the property on many occasions and would ask if we were okay and needed anything. It was everything we wanted and more. From sitting round the pool and swimming to being close to local activities and the beach being 10 minutes walking distance away. Tavernas were also 5 minutes walking distance away which was very convenient as we didn’t have a car. The Residence was well equipped with everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday, from dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toaster, coffee maker and a supply of basic food when we arrived such as bread, cheese for a toastie and a bottle of water. As it is self catering there was a supermarket just around the corner for all our food and drink requirements. The bathroom had full toiletries from shower gels, shampoo and hand wash in them. The on-suite in every bedroom was very nice as our teenage daughter was able to have her own bathroom, enabling her to be independent.

The accommodation was perfect, with modern and well decorated interiors and everything you could need including excellent air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc. It was also kept exceptionally clean, and the pool was great too. The properties are very close to Kissamos restaurants, supermarkets and a short drive to some amazing beaches (Falassarna was our fav). The host Christopher was wonderful, nothing was ever too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. Couldn’t recommend more!

Sehr bequeme Unterkunft mit modernem Design. Geeignet auch für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr ruhige Zimmern. Der Gastgeber war immer hilfsbereit.

Great location about 2 streets back from the sea and all the restaurants. Great villa complex with lots of internal modern space. Very helpful manager Christopher who met us and made us feel very welcome. There is a large Synka supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need for your stay.
