Limosa Luxury Residences

Small enclave of luxury villas situated close to both the town centre and the beach. With the small pool centrally located amongst the properties, this seemed to be a favourite amongst families with young children. High quality furniture, bed linen, and fixtures and fittings And when something did not work, the most capable host swiftly and efficiently rectified the situation. Supermarket 2 mins walk. Beaches also 2 mins in opposite direction with the best places to eat - a huge selection of very reasonably priced options. Best beach 10 mins walk - to the east.

Whilst situated very near the beach, the approach to the property from the main road was not the most encouraging. Have faith!

Everything perfect, even beyond the expectations

We had a great stay. The property is very nice, and well taken care of and maintained. The house we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The level of service we had was simply astonishing. Christopher was always available for us, and simply made our life easier and seamless during these 2 weeks. We loved the pool, the atmosphere, the beach a couple of hundred meters away... We'll definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

Everything went very well. We didn't have any issue. We simply liked everything.

Apartment interior was to a really high spec and included things like coffee maker and toastie maker, as well as 3 separate bathrooms and a washing machine & dishwasher, making it excellent for an easy week away.

Unfortunately the building opposite had graffiti which spoilt the view, but obviously nothing to do with the property itself and had no bearing on our enjoyment.

Everything! Modern villa, you have everything you need: AC, WiFi , fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, drink, eat. It is close to restaurants, beaches, supermarket. There is very good customer service.

Clean, functional and amazing facilities

Our stay at Limosa luxury residence was an unforgettable and best experience for our family. Before we arrived the host helped us with few recommendations such renting the car. (I contacted the owner of the rental car company, unfortunately they didn’t have any automatic car available for a family of 5). When we arrived at the residences, our host was there waiting for us and helped in carrying our luggage. The residence was super clean and neat as exactly explain on Booking. The host made us feel comfortable and welcomed our kids had so much fun in the pool. The residence is located few meters away from the sea, some restaurants and the supermarket. The check out was 11:00 am, since we were with our 5 months baby, the host offer that we should check out around 17:00, in order to catch our flight around 20:00 at Chania airport. The host offer was so so helpful to us. I 100% recommend these residences

Well equipped and luxurious houses in walking distance to beach front and lots of restaurants. Also a supermarket is close by and the city center with bakery, butcher etc. as well. Loved being by the pool which is beautifully arranged kn the middle of the property. Everyone was very welcoming especially Christofer!

5 stars are not enough to review this place and its host Christopher. Limosa is an oasis in the middle of Kissamos. The villas are top notch: * modern design * fully furnished and incredibly well equipped * spacious rooms * comfortable beds * family/kids friendly (highchair, baby-bed, swimming pool for kids&adults, playground 8 min waking distance) * A/C and shutters in every room * easy walk to the center of Kissamos, supermarkets and many tavernas offering delicious food and great service. I wish this was my house! The staff have a friendly attitude and cleanliness is a top priority for them. No doubt that the villas are amazing but the soul of this place is Christopher. We appreciated his warm hospitality, his reviews about the local area (restaurants, bakeries, attractions, medic centers), his approach being on hand for our questions. But we were really impressed by his passion, honesty and commitment to go the extra mile helping his guests to feel home and establishing a real connection with them. We won’t forget our stay at Limosa and Christopher!
