Absolutely wonderful apartments. Everything we needed was provided for during our stay in Kissamos. The site manager Christos was very kind and helpful and we we wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Clean, modern, air conditioning. It has everything for cooking, if you want to cook, we didn’t. Everything is good quality! Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good quality, TVs are smart with access to Netflix, Amazon etc. Close to the property are few tavernas with good food: Pixida, Maria Beach , Sunset. Falassarna Beach is about 15 min drive and is beautiful, we found there Taverna Vassilis Falasarna with very tasty food. Chania is about 40 min drive, nice city to visit especially the Old Port. Monasteries, caves to visit are in the area.

All was alright

The hospitality was impressive. Christopher helped me with any question or booking I needed in a very timely fashion! The location is wonderful, just steps to the seaside/restaurants on one side and down the hill from the main centre/shops/restaurants. Grocery store around the corner for all your needs.

Everything lived up to (and surpassed) expectations. The host was very friendly, present and made sure we all had a good time. He was further available for any questions or request we might have. Beautiful and well sized condos with all amenities available. Highly recommendable.

Not really anything

First time in Crete! 😊 We were looking for a cozy and beautiful place with a pool (because it's important for the kids), close to the beach, with delicious food in cafes, and a lovely town. We found all of that in Kissamos. But we believe that the biggest credit for our perfect vacation goes to Limosa Luxury Apartments and Christopher. From the beginning to the end of our trip, we felt his sincere care and assistance (we stayed for 7 days). We arrived late, so transportation from the airport was organized. Christopher greeted us, showed us everything and even made a restaurant reservation for our late dinner. There was also food in the fridge for our first breakfast, coffee capsules, and more. Everything was prepared for a lovely first morning. The apartments were beautifully, comfortably, and modernly furnished. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher. We even had 3 showers and 3 terraces! 😊 Always impeccable cleanliness, towels, and bedding were changed. When we arrived, we had a plan of what to see/visit, and all our friends strongly encouraged us to rent a car for the whole week and go somewhere every day. We are glad that with Christopher's help, we found the golden middle ground - we saw, traveled, and rested 😊 We went to Chania by city express bus, a 45-minute trip. The next day, we rented a car and went to Falassarna. A short trip, and you arrive right at the beach. The color of the water was like the Caribbean Sea! On our way back, we stopped at a family restaurant by the sea, recommended by Christopher, which has been operating since 1976. It was a cozy, beautiful, and delicious place. Of course, we had to see Balos Lagoon. We asked for advice and went on a private boat with the best captain, Mikael. We visited the fantastic Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon. We definitely do not recommend going there by car. Kissamos town itself is cozy, with its small old town. We are very happy that we had such amazing holidays.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was great, the villas are gorgeous and modern. The location is ideal for walking to lovely restaurants, the beach and the supermarket.

Great property, new, clean, quite, the villa is big enough to accommodate 6 people. Everything is of high quality and absolutely worth the money. It’s located 8 minutes walk to the sandy beach and just around the corner there is a promenade with lots of tavernas and restaurants. 2 minutes walk is a big supermarket where you can find everything you need. The owner is very nice and friendly and really helping and giving some tips if you have any questions or issues: perfect place to stay with your big family.

this is truly a heavenly place for your vacation! the villa is equipped with everything you need to make your stay great! The location is great! shop 100m from the villa, beach 300m. restaurants - everything is nearby. the stadium with a sea view made our training sessions unforgettable!😍 .
