I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this hidden gem with a group of adventurous friends, and let me tell you, it was a trip to remember. From May 13th to May 20th, we soaked up the sun, indulged in luxury, and created memories that will last a lifetime. Limosa Luxury Residences is situated in a breathtaking spot that will leave you in wonder. Picture yourself waking up to stunning views that make your heart skip a beat. Trust me, it's a feast for the eyes! Limosa Luxury Residences is all about that modern and stylish vibe. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. And oh, did I mention the open pool? It's like diving into a dream! When it comes to the accommodations, Limosa has got you covered. The rooms are sleek and contemporary, with all the bells and whistles you could ever want. He's got you covered. Have a question or need assistance? He's there with a smile. Christoph truly made our experience memorable and left a lasting impression! Every aspect of Limosa Luxury Residences had me head over heels in love! From the breathtaking location and stylish modern vibe to the top-notch facilities and impeccable service, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all my expectations. Whether it was waking up to awe-inspiring views, indulging in the dream-like open pool, or relishing in the cozy and well-appointed accommodations, every moment was pure bliss. The warm hospitality of Christoph, our exceptional host, added an extra layer of magic to the journey. Limosa Luxury Residences truly stole my heart and has become the epitome of a perfect getaway in Kissamos!

Everything. Place was very nice, everything was clean and new. in real life everything looks even better as in the photos. One of the best we have stayed. Villa was equipped with everything you may need. Our host was amazing. He recommended good options where to go and what we must see and as well suggested the places where we can go for a lunch / dinner. If you are going to Kissamos, I highly recommend this place, you will do not regret this choice.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment/house is great. We can find everything we need there. The furniture is quite new and the owner takes care of every detail. The place is close to Balos beach (by car it's about 15 minutes to where we can park), which is very close considering how you can get to Balos. It is also just an hour away from Elafonisi beach. The owner is a great hoster. He was so kind, giving us some breakfast treats, suggestions for places and restaurants to visit, and being helpful with anything we needed. I only have good words to say about my stay at Limosa Luxury Residences.

There is nothing I can point out here as a drawback to stay in this place

Amazing place ,it was much better than our expectations .Emmanouil the owner was the nicest person I've ever met in Greece, nothing was a problem for him. He was making sure our stay was comfortable and with the high standards. Cleaning service was very good. The Villa was equipped very well. (kitchen appliances and utensils, towels bath robe ,slippers,hair dryer etc..). Close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back again.

Everything! The facility is great. we came as a family group and it was perfect for our needs, right 2 minutes from Kissamos beach and promenade, a supermarket 100m away, everything super clean, well-maintained and designed, and include all we need. Christofer is very friendly and always available for any query or need. Recommended!

Everything was perfect! The apartment and complex was top quality. Clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our host Christopher was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here while in Kissamos.

Brand new villas, Kissamos is a small romantic village close to the best beaches of Crete.

Literally nothing

Our stay here was by far the most pleasant experience over the past few years. Our arrival was problems-free, we called the owner en-route and he was awaiting us at the site. Mr Christopher was amazingly friendly and helpful in all matters we needed during our stay. He recommended us beaches, restaurants and gave us all the practical advices we could need. The house we stayed in was perfectly clean, very pleasant to be in and the kitchen was equipped better than our own. It was really a pleasure to come back to this place after all day out. Location itself is good, there is a very good restaurant within 8 minutes walking distance, many good restaurants and bars within 3 minutes walking distance and small beaches between them. A perfect large beach with full infrastructure is 15 mins drive, famous Balos beach is 30 mins drive and another famous Elafonisi beach is 1 hour drive. There are places for hiking and canyons around too. On the day of our departure we forgot something from the house and had to return. Although it was very very early on Saturday and we woke up Mr Christopher calling him, he was at the house with keys before us, waiting with a big smile. This is something to appreciate for a traveller that found himself in difficult situation. Summarizing, it was a perfect and relaxing stay. 100% recommendation from us.

We just had my family the best holiday ever at Limossa. The host is very kind and hospitable. He gave us a very warm welcome as feeling our own home. The place is fantastic! The premises are very clean with nice modern furnitures. A great location and place when you want to visit Elafonissi , Balos and Falassarna beaches. So near even to the restaurants, supermarkets and beach are nearby. We will definitely come again on this wonderful place. Highly recommended to everyone! Thanks so much! A+++++
