Villa Donna Elisa Sorrento

Spectacular. It was the stay of a life time- in Sorrento, near everything by foot, but luxuriantly private. First, thee garden is so beautiful. We were there in May and the rose-scented air greeted us after a long day’s drive. This private garden must be at least an acre of flowers and fruit trees, all for the guests. One can take a picnic to the area directly looking from the cliff to below’s Marina Piccolo. You have the entire upstairs (1st floor for Europe as opposed to the ground floor where the talented landscape architect lives. I’m so glad she loves English gardens and is so dedicated and gifted.) The amazing villa: Gorgeous views from both bedrooms and the living room. Immaculate kitchen. Showers are excellent and the beds quite comfortable. Beautifully appointed with many pieces of inlaid wood. The botanical prints that line the wall reflect much of what one finds in the garden. This was a perfect stay for my elderly husband, my adult son (who is tall and needs space), and me. I am a poet and generated several poems about this magical villa.

Amazing views from the property of Mount Vesuvius and the sea. close to the town but lovely and quiet, The garden around the property is very special.

An absolutely gorgeous home, set on beautiful grounds overlooking Sorrento Port and Mount Vesuvius. Fantastic location as well, close to everything you need. A wrap around terrace allows amazing views from both bedrooms (which are huge). Very spacious and Fabiana was such a helpful host. Thank you for letting my family and I stay in this beautiful space. We thought it was the best accommodation of our entire 2 weeks in Italy.
