Host amazing, location amazing, area amazing, one of are best family holidays.

Amazing villa in the perfect location with the best host ever! On the doorstep of plenty of great restaurants and bars and on a bus route to Protaras Strip and Ayia Napa. Spotlessly clean throughout and everything you need for your stay. Linen was changed halfway through our stay too which was a lovely touch. Savvas is a brilliant host and treated us to wine, cheese, bread and fresh figs. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. Communication with Chris was easy and quick, and his father greeted us on arrival. He was very friendly and even went out of his way to bring us fresh figs—such a lovely gesture! The villa is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. From the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms to the linens. For families, especially those with young children, this villa is ideal. It’s equipped with all the essentials like a stair gate, high chair, cots, and even garden toys. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is also good—close to the sea with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The swimming pool is a great size, very clean, and regularly maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor covered dining and seating areas, which provided a perfect spot for relaxing and dining al fresco. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient holiday home.

the host is very welcoming and there for you whatever you need, the location is 5 mins from the sea in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants, and the villa itself had everything you need along with a pool and garden area. great place to stay with friends and family

the pool is cold so you will need to heat it

The host was very thoughtful & considerate. He clearly takes great pride in maintaining the villa to a high standard. There was a lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. He came over near the end of our holiday with a box of loukoumades, the Cyprus dessert speciality. The villa was well laid out, spacious, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were ample towels. The villa was also well-equipped for a family with young children; cot, high chair and stair gate. The local area had enough going on to be interesting and enjoyable without the over-the-top plastic tourism of Protaras itself. We ate out several times and made good use of the villa’s barbeque. It was an excellent location with 2 lovely beaches just a short walk away. They had none of the elbow-to-elbow crowdedness of Sunset beach or Fig tree bay.

We were met by the lovely helpful owner who showed us around the property and put us at ease. We are a family of four adults and a toddler, so the garden was perfect for the little one to run around, with the pergola seating area offering plenty of shade. The pool area was clean, with the pool itself being a great size for all of us. The dining area outside alsi came in handy for alfresco duning. The villa was clean & comfortable with everything we needed, including baby gate & a cot. Its vitrually around the corner from the main street where there are plenty of places to eat, and drink, with the beach being 5 minutes walk away down the other end of the street. We woukd definitley stay here again, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
