"Amazing Villa in a superb location"

The property was well maintained and it’s location was phenomenal. We were less than 5 minutes from the beech/ shops and other local amenities. The pool and garden were amazing. We could not have asked for more. The host was lovely and provided us with lots of local information and guidance- we could not have asked for more. This was an amazing place for our family holiday and I will definitely come back in the future.

"Pernera's Gem Villa"

Frist of all, the communication with Chris and his father Savvas was super fluid and easy. They are without any doubt super hosts. They answered our requested swiftly and without hesitation. Hats off to an amazing service ! The Villa is well positioned in Pernera, in other words: -2 min walk to the beach -4 min walk to the bus station -1 min walk to the nearest supermarket -3 km away from Protaras city centre which u can reach by foot, bus or taxi. -Restaurants all around the Villa as the main strip of Pernera is 2 min walk -Baby, Kid & Child friendly Villa and at the same time suitable for couples -Amazing pool, great green space & a lovely pergola with a BBQ facility (just like in the pictures) -Kitchen very well equipped. The smallest details are well thought of -Wifi of excellent quality

"Excellent place to stay with the family with kids"

- The host was super friendly and helpful. - Although the pool heating was not working on the first day, the host came and fixed it on the next one. The pool was warm even on the not-so-hot days and kids could really enjoy this. - House is big and bright, very well equipped for families with small kids. In the backyard, there is a slide and playing house, indoors we were provided with a high chair, two cribs, and a potty for the small one. Also, there was a gate on the stairs on the second floor. - Kitchen was very well equipped. - Very nice beach and a promenade nearby. - Wolt and Bolt couriers (and even the host) brought lots of great food to the villa :)

- The lighting in the rooms was a little bit dark for the dark evenings. - Outside the season, most of the nearby restaurants and shops are closed. - You need to pay extra for the pool and house heating. But it is probably not an issue for the summer season.

"Well equipped Villa in a fantastic location."

The Villa was well equipped ,fantastic location with the bars and restaurants well within walking distance. We could not fault anything whatsoever 10 out of 10 ,perfect!! We we definitely be booking the Villa again.
