The space and pool

Showers need to be up dated. They leaked from the shower heads. Microwave not working. Drive way gates had to be opened manually, no clear instructions on how to open them. A welcome pack would have been nice, such as cold water, milk, bread.

A lot of activities at the property for the group.

Just small thing: The volleyball court could use more sand.

Great villa. Really huge and has loads to do. It definitely didn't disappoint. 10 of us stayed here very comfortably. It is close to the marina and only a walk or short drive to a shop and the old town.

The only slight negative is that it is a little dated in places and one of the showers had to be used by hand as it didn't have a bracket on the wall high enough but overall it is a great place to stay

The Villa exceeded all expectations, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable and every bedroom had an en-suite. The squash court was a great hit with the young adults in our party, fabulous full sized court in the middle of the house, very unusual but we all loved it! Large family room in basement was a great area but was too warm for us to use much. Swimming pool was a dream with added bonus of ping pong table, darts and badminton court to side of pool. We spent most days by the pool. Comfortable loungers and shaded seating area gave lots of choice. Location was central with 15 minute walk to marina and 20 minute walk to old town. Albuferia is very hilly so we used uber and bolt for reruns trips, easy to use and very reasonable all journeys £5 or less. Supermarkets aldi and Lidl were a 10 minute taxi journey away.

Being really picky here, but if there had been air conditioning in the basement games area we would have used it much more. The 5th bedroom was in a really weird place in the basement and we ended up sharing a room rather than using it as it was too far away from everyone
