The location was great. Easy access to good food choices. The villa was cosy and comfortable and we loved the private pool.

"Amazing relaxed time in a most crowded busy spot in Seminyak Bali :)"

Our first stay at the villa was in February 2024, when one of our best friends got married in Bali. To surprise her, we had the villa beautifully decorated with flowers, and Mr. Wayan was incredibly helpful, doing everything he could to accommodate our requests. 😊 After such an unforgettable experience, the girls and I decided we had to return, and we planned to spend our summer holiday once again in this wonderful villa on the paradise island of Bali. ☺️ Late this summer, we kept our promise and came back, although not all of us could make it this time, so we each had to contribute a bit more for the stay. Nevertheless, our time there was amazing. It seems the villa had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. The pool was crystal clear, and Mr. Wayan was very responsive whenever we needed anything during our stay. The villa’s location is perfect—everything you need, from beaches and restaurants to clubs and mini markets, is within walking distance. Lastly, a big thank you to Mr. David for offering us a discount as returning guests. It was a lovely gesture, and we truly appreciated it. ❤️

The kitchen area to prepare our food is a bit small

Position was good

Building site next door......7 days a week.......plus, the unit is in desperate need of an up-date .......painting being number one issue. The photos on your site are at least 4 years old and do not show what it really is like.....we met the previous owners.

Excellent location. Most restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Wackos at the end of the street does a fabulous breakfast. The pool is perfect

The property is old. Don’t expect luxury, however the beds are comfortable and clean and the price is exceptional
