"Poorly maintained unit and will never come back again"

Location is near to many shops and restaurants

Very poorly maintained unit, everything is so old and run down. There are two toilets in the unit but both are smelly and very small water volume. The shower head is not properly maintained. The sofa is very old with stain. There are also stain on the bed sheet. Windows on the smaller room cannot be locked but only can loosely closed. The wall painting is torn off and many water stain on the wall. The only good thing is landlord is very responsive and was trying to send people to fix the water and window problem, however still not able to resolve it during our stay. It was a very uncomfortable stay and definitely not recommending to anyone
