Beach Music

What an absolutely amazing property, the views are exceptional and after a long day sight seeing it was so lovely to watch the waves with a glass of wine on the balcony. The beds are so comfy and falling asleep listening to the waves gave us the best nights sleep. There is some building works going on next door, which Claudia informed us about before we arrived, but we couldn’t even hear the construction at all and by the time we came back after sight seeing they had gone home anyway. I would highly recommend this accommodation, it is the perfect place to stay if you want amazing views, close to all the sights and an absolute gem. Thanks Claudia for everything.

Stunning location, very convenient to Cape Town and unique property adjacent to beautiful beach! All the amenities, included a heated floor!

Construction next door was a bit disruptive, but the sound of the waves mostly drowns it out!

We stayed at Beach Music in Cape Town and overall had a wonderful experience. The house is well-equipped with everything you need – a full kitchen, laundry facilities, three bedrooms, even a piano. The views from both the bedrooms and the living room are absolutely breathtaking, and the house has direct access to an exclusive, incredibly beautiful beach. The heated floors, private garage, and overall safety of the area added to the comfort of our stay.

there are a couple of drawbacks worth noting. The house layout involves a lot of stairs – down to the bedrooms, back up to the living room, up again to the kitchen, and even more stairs outside to reach the laundry room. This made moving around the house a bit tiring. Additionally, some maintenance is needed: the door locks are not easily secured, the pool fence was broken, and the path to the beach could use repairs to make it safer. The laundry room being outside the house was also inconvenient. Finally, the house is directly next to a construction site. We were not disturbed during the weekend, but on Monday (our checkout day) the construction noise was disruptive. Overall, Beach Music offers amazing views and beach access, but future guests should be aware of the stairs, some maintenance issues, and possible construction noise.

إقامتي في هذا المنزل كانت تجربة لا تُنسى! 🌟 🌊 إطلالة رائعة: اخترت الفلة بدلاً من الكوخ، وكانت الإطلالة خيالية وكأنني في حلم. كل غرفة ماستر تطل مباشرة على المحيط، بينما المسبح كان حكاية أخرى مع إطلالة بانورامية ساحرة. 🏖️ 🏡 منزل فاخر: في منطقة تعتبر من المناطق الفاخرة المنزل عبارة عن بيت خاص تم تطويره بشكل مذهل، ويوفر كل الراحة والرفاهية. ⏱️ الموقع المثالي: يبعد فقط 20-25 دقيقة عن كيب تاون، مما يوفر الراحة مع سهولة الوصول إلى المدينة. 🏊‍♂️ المرافق المميزة: جميع المرافق كانت على أعلى مستوى، من المسبح والجيم إلى المساحات الخضراء التي تحيط بالمنزل. 🌳 👨‍💼 التعامل الاحترافي: مدير العقار كان في غاية الاحترافية وكان دائمًا موجودًا لضمان راحتنا خلال الإقامة. ✅ تجربة رائعة وأتطلع للعودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل! 💭”

I had a wonderful experience staying at beach music villa. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — exactly as described. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the stay special was the host. She was incredibly friendly and supportive, and when we requested a late check-out, she agreed without hesitation. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
