Views were ok Quiet location

Communication wasn't super great Need some work outside the villa

The view is gorgeous!

For being at the price point and advertised as luxurious, we expected to have a smoothier stay. However, we spot several problems right after check in. We tried to call their contact number to address these problems, but no one answered. 1. Upstair lights didn't work 2. One of the blinds for the entrance doors didn't work, so we couldn't close the blind all night. No privacy at all. 3. Couple of wall coat hooks fell out of the wall when we hung jackets on them. Other minor problems we noticed included weird stains on a few pillow cases and the kitchen knife. The accommendation emailed us at night to check in with our experience so far, and we responded right away to tell them our problems. No response from them.

It was quite well equipped and our stay was as comfortable as being at home, we didn't need anything at all.

Beautiful place, very modern and cozy. Bed was super comfortable. One of our favorite places to stay yet, we will definitely be back again.

We should have booked for 2 nights instead of 1.

Really good communication from the owners. Easy to follow directions for check in. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms.

An indoor cooker would have been good. There was a Weber BbQ though so it would have been easy to cook if we had too.

Milk in the fridge for coffee would be great

The quiet and privacy. The location was set in Native bush with expansive views of the ocean and Native scenery. The little house was stunning and clean. Would highly recommend.

Wish there was washing and drying machines.

It was newer property with a good view. For 2 people this place is good.

Not enough seating for 4 people in villa 1 the issue was dealt with in a poor way not "luxury" like it states. Broken shower. A "luxury" place they state usually I'd wouldn't bat an eye lid at these things its nz not bali but there was a reasonable amount of broken doors.. But I've had no response from anyone prior to the seating as there is no reception. There's a gate and they never sent me the code to unlock it and they were pretty slow about getting it to us, I was assuming someone would be there. 0 for customer service I contacted them about a couple things I've still had no response and just notifyingthem of broken things but no thanks or anything. At a luxury place I wouldn't expect to empty the vacuum lint in the forest next to the room but thats whatthe cleaner has been doing for some time now. Not enough power sockets, non up on the balcony which is too hot in summer so i couldn'tuse my small fan. No privacy for the upstairs "room". On my booking said they provide a bottle of wine but there was none. I was just pretty let down by the place especially with no apology yet.
