Community pool is heated year round. From November 1 - March 31 (winter months), if you would like the private pool to be heated, there is a fee of 50 USD per day to heat up the pool (3 day minimum). We require a 24 hours notice to heat up the pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "ideal quality and value for a family trip"

Convenient location to the Parks and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious interior. Very clean. Quiet area. Safe quiet neighborhood. Loved the oversized tub in master bedroom ensuite We were greated with soda, water and snacks at arrival. Was much appreciated.

We were under the impression the pool was heated, it was not ice cold, but it was not particularly warm either

Location, gated community. They left pack of water some pop crisps and toiletries. Nice touch.

Pool isn’t a pool it’s a plunge pool maybe 4ft by 4ft inc steps into it - it says it’s cleaned each week but wasn’t useable. (they do have one on the complex but it’s as far away as it can be) Sheets on bedding could be bri nylon? Master Bed wasn’t good surround falling to bits. Temperature control preset it’s not any good, No point in saying it’s ac when it’s set to warm. Dirt in corners and floor wasn’t clean. Mismatched crockery and old scratched Teflon pans! Has a bbq but your expected to pay for it - never had that before and theirs no room to have one by the plunge pool anyways. Wish b.Com would go back to inspecting what they advertise. V disappointed

"Great base for Florida attractions"

Had everything we wanted in an excellent position for the accessing the attractions

Sun only on the pool area in morning so cold at this time of year (Oct/Nov) but kids didn't mind.

"Family theme park holiday"

Location was great, all major roads to all the parks were easily accessible. A nice quiet estate had the required Walmart near by. Plenty of room for us all. The owners were very welcoming and responsive to any messages sent

"Lovey house and host"

Everything was clean and comfortable and the host even provided some drinks for us when we arrived. Dry easy to get into when we arrived and the stay was excellent
