4 Bedroom SunHaven Townhouse with Pool Near Disney

I like that it was big and clean. The pool was warm. I love that the main bedrooms had their own private bathrooms and the driveway is a must.

I didn't like how tight the parking was. There was no access to the garage, although, I'm sure its for good reason. The toilets don't seem to flush very well, so I had to hold the handles down and the bathrooms weren't sanitize even though there was a sanitize sign on it. I found pee stains when I lifted up the toilet seats.

I didn't like the camera in the pool area tho but that was minor. The master bed mattress was a lil stiff.

Everything...great location 15 minutes from Disney parks....grocery stores 3 minutes away...close to lots our stuff...had a few small issues spoke with owners they responded in a very timely fashion.

The light in front couldt figure out how to turn it on. I dont like coming in at night to a dark walkway.

A superb apartment, which allowed a family and a couple to all be together, but having their own privacy, particularly due to the two en-suite bedrooms plus the two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The space was sufficient everywhere, with a wide sitting area, an excellent kitchen, a TV in each bedroom (had to hide the remote from the kids) and a large TV in the sitting room. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow use of the small swimming pool, but that's a nice thing to have, although it's very, very small, more like a big bathtub. One parking space is in front of the house, more parking is available within a few metres. We were welcomed with a few drinks in the fridge, which was a very nice touch.

The ventilation can be a bit tricky to adjust. It was a little loud in certain bedrooms, and inexistent in others. Not a big deal, though. Also, sound proofing between the two en-suite bathrooms, which share a wall, is very poor.

The host was very responsive to messages. The location was perfect, close to airport, Disney and grocery stores. The house was large with plenty of space for a group of friends. Nicely laid out, very clean, and the complementary beverages were an extra bonus! Would definitely recommend and plan to go back for future visit! Very nice!

we didn’t like that there were cameras at the pool area seems a little weird to have that. so then we didn’t know if there were cameras all in the house and a reason we didn’t go swimming.
