Good location, pool is clean, villa has everything you might need

Pigeons on the roof. There is a lot of them and they wake you up at 5 AM. We couldn't use the terrace since it was in pigeons feces.

Great location for beaches and easy access to the main road to the airport. comfortable rooms and beds, lovely pool and outdoor space. Very quiet location.

Cleanliness wasn’t great when we arrived. There is clearly a huge problem with birds nesting in the villas and the bird proofing just wasn’t adequate. We couldn’t use the top terrace when we arrived because all the furniture was covered in droppings. Every morning we had to brush the outside floor, tables and chairs down because they were covered in feathers and droppings. No barbecue grill when we arrived although this was quickly rectified. Some basic kitchen equipment such as barbecue tools were missing.

Location is really nice, outside of town, calm and secluded neighborhood but not far away from beaches (5-10min drive). That is something we wanted, and we had rental (which is must have, at this location). Kitchen and living room are specious, and very well equiped. Patio is just perfect, we spent most of our time (when at home) there. Pool looks nice but it was too cold for us to use it (last week of October). AC in every room is nice touch.

Beds look quite old and are uncomfortable to sleep on. Ants were comming in bedroom from outside like crazy, so we had to buy some spray to stop them. Property should leave spare set of towels and sheets. Not a single mosquito net at doors and windows.

Gorgeous villa! We stayed in Villa 4 and it was so beautiful. Large pool, outdoor seating, English TV with all channels on it, great wifi, really clean with two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We made friends with the cats too:)

Location isn't great but unfortunately something you can't change. The closest shop is around an 8 minute drive, you can't walk anywhere. We spent a lot on taxis and rented a car too whilst we were there. Taxi to Ayia Napa centre is €45 return. The closest beach was also a car ride or a 20 minute walk if you are feeling up to it. There wasn't enough stuff provided for the facilities either. We only had one towel each; should definitely provide two per person at least or have some spare. We went to wash the towels and realised there wasn't any washing powder. There wasn't any dishwasher tablets either or any general cleaning products such as surface spray, floor cleaner etc. It cost us a lot to go and buy this Also, only two toilet rolls -and had to go buy some more too!

The villa is in a very quiet location, so don't expect cafes and shops nearby. It was a very well equipped for our family of six (4 adults, 2 kids) it was easy to cook and cater. Villa was clean and cool on arrival. Air con in all rooms, and easy to adjust. Pool was clean and the pool chap attended twice during our week. Our kids loved it. They would have spent the whole week in there. The pool surrounds have excellent furniture and sunbeds, and it really is a suntrap. Even relaxing outside in the evening was peaceful.

Small points. The barbecue isn't functional, no griddle, and some simple cleaning products under the sink would have helped. Our biggest problem was the 2 upstairs verandas are infested with pigeons. Whilst they were obviously being cleaned between clients, we saw the poo on day 1 and didn't go out again after that, which is a pity because they could be such inviting areas. There are some spikes to deter the pigeons, but they are roosting under the canopies of the pergolas. The amount of poo by day 7 was something to see. (pics) I have to mention this because it really was the only detractor. I would happily stay there again if I were assured there were no pigeons nesting. We had a broken flush mechanism on one cistern, and their repair chap was round and sorted it within 2 hours of raising it, so full marks for that. Just those pigeons!

Everything was ready, we didn't have to stress at all, the keys were already there

There was no dishwasher, so that was too bad and we had some insects problems on the last night
