Kymma Villa #16

The quietness of the area. No traffic noise. Everything about the villa, the pool area...highly recommended 😃

Beds are poor. You could feel the springs in your bones. Other bed noisy. Could do with an upgrade. Just a good top mattress would do. Outdoor furniture pillows should be upgraded, torn open.

The Villa has all the facilities you need for a vacation, the Villa is exactly how it is shown on photo. We appreciated a lot the size of the Villa: 3 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, one spacious dining and living room, private parking spot (where you can park at least 2 ATVs and 1 buggy), a pool.

The location is far away from the centre of Ayia Napa. It is a must to rent a veichle. You can use Taxi or Bolt, but at the end in will cost you even more.

The pool is perfect for 6 persons, the yard is great, all utilities in the kitchen are great, lovely rooms.

You need a car in order to go to the beach, to the supermarket or anywhere else.

Great location, good facilities.

The property was great but on our first day having arrived a day late, the pool was dirty and the gardeners turned up to sort the over grown bushes. They weren’t there long so not a big issue. 3 people were in the property but only 2 sets of towels.
