Excellent breakfast. Great in house selection. The manager Nilanga was very helpful and always present in person or WhatsApp. Helped arrange transport to our next destination The rooms are very large with huge poster beds. The location is unbeatable with the waves coming in till the steps of the Beachhouse. Spent hours just staring out into the sea. The house is very secure and very tastefully done up Two powerful acs in the room that chilled even the foyer and sitting areas outside the room

Some traffic noise in the nights. Lack of regrigerator which they will be getting. Pillows could be better Wifi non existent in the rooms

I really liked the vibe of the property. It gave us full feel of a beach bunglow. So pleasant. So calming.

I had an amazing stay at Florian Otium Talpe. The resort is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and literally on the beach. Waking up at 6 in the morning, putting my feet straight into the sand, and seeing turtles by the ocean was something unforgettable. What really made the difference was Nilanga. Super kind, always available, professional, and full of great advice about the area. I truly recommend trusting him if you want to discover the best local spots and enjoy the experience stress free. Highly recommended, one of those places that stays with you forever

Fabulous accommodation! Large space with two huge beds. Amazing view of the Indian Ocean. Would definitely recommend.
