The Stone Villa

Unglaublich viel Platz in fast allen Räumen, hohe Decken, daher angenehm kühl, während es draußen 35 Grad waren. Keine Moskitos! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Espressomaschine (Gaggia) ist erstklassig, incl Schäumer. Küchengeräte insgesamt prima, bis auf die etwas eigenartig zu befüllende und ruckelig schließende Spülmaschine. Die Sauna ist klein, aber sehr sehr fein. Der Fitnessraum ist super ausgestattet. Das Auto steht in der Garage und ist schön kühl beim Einsteigen, auch wenn man erst mittags los fährt. Die Lage abseits der Touristen - Hochburgen und dennoch nah an den Bergwandergebieten. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und flott im Antworten bei Kontaktaufnahme wegen kleinerer Probleme.

Wie in fast allen bulgarischen Dörfern ständiges Hundegebell abends und nachts. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster daher für empfindliche Ohren nicht so gut. Die große Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern hat kein Geländer. Etwas wenig Geschirr /Teller.

There is no light in the house, the beds were very uncomfortable for sleeping, the sheets had stains, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and it was not very clean.

We stayed in Stone Villa as a base for a week’s skiing in Borovets. The villa is so spacious, warm and comfortable, the host is lovely and helped with queries I had and to top it off the sauna is wonderful after a day on the slopes. We had a great time and would love to return one day.

Very minor but it would be good to have a streaming channel on the TV to watch movies together.

It's a spacious, modern villa situated in a good location, close to the mountains. It was very well equipped and the sauna was a great addition. Geri, the lady that let us in, was very friendly and welcoming.

There was some general wear and tear which can be expected. The one big thing for us was the lighting. It was extremely dark inside, small windows with not a lot of sunlight and the lighting inside was minimal. If you prefer a darker setting you'd enjoy it but if you are an "all lights on" kind of person it's not for you.

The house is spacious, clean, with a garage for a car. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There are several nice places to walk : a forest, a lake. Supermarkests are within 15 mintute drive. Excellent communication with the owners.

It was spot clean. There was a finish sauna, which was amazing. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The fireplace was just wow and the barbecue… the kitchen simply had everything that you can think of. Amazing place and host!
