very clean and spacious, the small but well organized yard was well appreciated by our pet (a mini poodle). very convenient garage, kitchen will all necessary appliances and kitchen ware

payment with a card is not possible the rooms were painted in very dark colors which combined with the small windows gives quite gloomy atmosphere. there was a dedicated room for fitness however none of the appliances was working

It's a bit dark for my taste.

The property is big, with much space, garage and garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is very calm and quiet. There are groceries near the house, eco trail and the town of Samokov is 10 minutes drive. pets are allowed.

Wi-if is very slow. Need to use your own mobile as tether device.

We loved the stone villa! It was so clean and comfortable and Denitsa was on hand to help us with everything we needed. When we asked where there was extra toilet paper, it was delivered 10 minutes later. When our suitcase arrived two days late from the airport, the housekeeper brought it in and unpacked it for us (we were out at the time). When we left our passports in the villa and traveled to Sofia, Denitsa brought them to us!! The rooms are massive, my kids loved the gym (under adult supervision of course) and the village is so authentic. We spent quite a bit of time in the village square, 3 mins from.the villa. The location is good - right near the ecotrail and only half an hour from Sapareva Banya (thermal pools, 7 rila lakes hike). Thank you for a great stay!

The garden is small and not so "appealing" because it's up quite a few steps. The outdoors in general is small but we did sit out and have a coffee. Aside from that, all was perfect!
