Great place, quiet and beautiful Great staff.

The property is stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, near to town.

1. We didn’t have electricity on arrival without prior notice. 2. We did not have electricity for most of the stay. 3. Candles and lights were not provided until we complained two days into our stay. 4. The staff is not well trained, communication was appalling and generally rude. 5. The house is too close to the cottage and the spa below. There is little privacy. Guests at the cottage left due to noise on our first night. Very uncomfortable for everyone. You get the sense profit is the ultimate motif of the establishment. 6. Toilet paper was provided minimally. For 8 guests! We provided our own. 7. We asked for additional sugar sachets and were rudely denied because our group had gone over our quota. 8. Guest toilet towels are not changed. 9. Staff, including male staff, walk in and out the house without notice. 10. The owner arrived in the dead of night to deliver candles and lights without alerting us. Just let themselves into the house and left. We didn’t hear from them at all during the stay.

Het was erg schoon en voldoende keuken benodigdheden voor een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

Onder het verblijf is een spa, dat wisten we, maar het is erg gehorig. Het personeel hoor je lachen en praten en vanuit het verblijf zie je de gasten in de stoelen zitten. Er is een mini boiler met warm water dus er kan maar 1 persoon douchen met warm water. Er zijn twee houtkachels en de airco’s kunnen niet verwarmen dus het was erg koud! Alle twee ochtenden stond er personeel zonder kloppen of aankondiging in het verblijf.

Was the perfect getaway to relax. Whether you’re solo, a couple or need a whole house for a family or friends’ trip, this place is a real spoil with a spa located at the bottom of the house. Staff were amazing and hospitable, making you feel right at home and the location was very safe, allowing you to feel completely at ease but still remote.

It would be great to include some form of catering option, maybe a chef on special request but both the house and villa are perfectly kitted to bring all your own, so it didn’t take away from our stay. We just didn’t want to leave at all!

Loved the view and the beautiful plants and the property.convenient kitchen with easy access . Thank you for the fruit and milk and ice we really liked that. No TV but would like it as an option .

The bed was very uncomfortable came back home with a sore body . 😵‍💫☹️Need a better bed like the ones in Ballito Vetho house. Broken couch in the room
