Location is great. Close to town and Highland Gate (for golf and paddle). Lizzy, Jan and the rest of staff were great.

The house and cottage share the same pool, which wasn't a problem but not that clear from the booking information. General maintenance can be better - house needs a little TLC (new curtains, etc.). Gas geysers can be a bit tricky. Beds and pillows and very soft and uncomfortable.

The gas geyser situation, we really struggled with hot water. Also, the nights where it rained heavily the water came into the house
