Beautiful location and so nice to be in fresh air. The unit we were in had everything we needed. The staff were also helpful. The check in and check our process is super easy and efficient.

Unfortunately, we got 2 dirty towels. The first night the hand towel had lipstick on it, and then 2nd day the pool towels looked as though they had been used outside in the mud and not washed again. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. I did bring this up and there was no response. The 2nd night I couldn't bare it, so I checked the mattress, only to see we were sleeping on the underside of a single sided mattress (they had flipped it... it was not flippable). So we flipped it over, and while we were no longer sleeping on what felt like planks, the mattress was still super uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathroom basin water gets SUPER hot very quickly which is nice, but the shower temperature is just very much luke warm, and not great in the cooler weather.
