Villa Sunrise View by Homie

We had a fantastic time in Madeira and Villa Sunrise View was a good home base for visitors of large family or group. The sunrise is more beautiful in real life than on the photo. The house has a swimming pool with a view to the ocean and the sunrise. The house has enough place for 10 people to stay comfortably.

There are a few small repairs that need to be done. We sent a list to the management company. It would be great that they confirmed here when they complete the repairs.

Amazing view, parking onsite and spacious rooms.

It was not prepared for us. Full of bugs (including the pool, we did not use it because of that), dirty curtains and couches, old mattresses. The house is beautiful but it is not properly maintained. Was expecting much more due to the price and the pictures.

I like how huge the villa is and places to sit outside. Location was also perfect.

I would prefer to have bedroom instead of office room and normal beds there, not a sofa. I was also missing pans that do not burn.

Walk back was a bit challenging for older people

The house is great but some of the facilities were not like it was described.

They describe it as having a sofa bed in the living room, therefore it could be counted as an extra bedroom. The third bathroom is actually outside and the shower was cold.

Poorly maintained. Lots of obvious flaws at the property. Not well secured. Not well cleaned and a lot of broken equipment
