"This property is well located being directly on the water and close enough to walk to town.we had a group of 3 couples a"

Location was excellent being right on the reef and views beautiful. Easy stroll to town. Good spaces for a group. Beds comfortable.

The kitchen was poorly stocked having just enough plates and cups etc for 6 people. Bedroom 3 had nowhere to hang up or store clothes. The addition of a small robe or even just hooks on the wall would make it more convenient.

"Spacious holiday home with great views of the passing whales"

Fabulous view from the deck of passing outrigger canoes and whales. Well-located off the main road but only a 10-min walk into Avarua with a great local cafe, Soul Cafe, a 5-minute walk away. Nicely furnished and spacious living areas perfect for our group of 5. Kitchen has all the basic utensils you'll need for an easy meal at home. Great having a washing machine and airing rack.

A couple of small things – the tiled floors are very slippery when wet, the lagoon in front of the house is too shallow for swimming but dippable for getting cool/wet, and the bed was a tad soft for our liking.

Perfect location, quiet and peaceful

Not much to not like , but please fix the toilet seats in villa 2.
