The communication between the owner and myself throughout the duration was quick and efficient. Liana was absolutely lovely and would deal with her in the future. She made the process easy for our waka ama team who participated in Vaka Eiva 2025. House was absolutely beautiful and the beds were ultra comfortable.

No air conditioning in the main area of the house only in the bedrooms however just had all the doors and windows open for fresh air.

The house was stunning and location was excellent. It was very clean and all amenities were in great condition. The windows overlooking the ocean made every direction beautiful.

The roosters were loud every night and through the night... bring earplugs :)
