Villa Dea & Villa Ina - Villas & SPA Park in Velingrad by Flat Mаnager

Къщата е много удобна, чиста и голяма. Хубава веранда, има градина и е заградена (идеално за деца). Близо е до басейните, които са фантастични! Има 4-5 басейна (вкл.инфинити басейни),джакузита, детски басейни, плажни барчета, закрит детски кът до ресторанта, площадка…изкарахме си страхотно и определено ще се върнем! Идеално място за лятна почивка!

Може да се подобрят телевизорите, имаше проблем, но сигурно вече са се погрижили. Каналите се връщат, а това е рядко в комплекси/ хотели!

The house was spacious and comfortable with big rooms and lots of beds. Very nice kitchen and terrace with BBQ. There was coal for the BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Well furnished house inside&outside.

The sofa and floor in the shower cabins were dirty, otherwise everyrhing else was clean. Hotel Infinity and its spa/pool/common areas/service were a huge disappointment. I would have given the house a better rating, if it had nothing to do with the hotel. I would not visit agin due to the hotel.

Nice pools,the villa looks new.

The villas are not part of hotel Infinity,just being managed by it.Seems that no one cares about the villas ,no cleaning,no garbage removal,one wall in the living room was cracked,sofa with stains,one of the Tv’s wasn’t working.The in door spa floor very slippery,adults and kids fell during our visit. No life guards in the pools or spa. Asked for coffee machine capsules but the the front desk guy avoided the request,when returned in the morning they charged us for the cupules.
