Nice villa with everything you need for your relaxing holiday. Hotel facilities are great with plenty of different pools and Spa procedures.

There was an issue with the air conditioning inside the villa , which had been partially rectified during our stay.

Facilities, clean and new rooms, very nice wheather.

Climate doesnt work .. Rude recepcionist ..

Great staff (aside from Sundays desk manager). Great location. Clean spa and pools.

Monday front desk person was rude and very unlike the rest of the staff. It’s a shame she is the face of the hotel during her time at the front of the house.

Everything was perfect. Clen and cosy guest house with two small bedrooms and nice living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine is available too and a lot of kitchenware. Very clean. The fresh air from the forest is amazing. Guests can use all the facilities of Infinity hotel. The Spa and all of the pools are very nice with hot spring water. Amazing experience from both sides, the house and the hotel.

The Spa zone is amazing

the staff is a bit unhelpful, no one came to take the garbage from our villa :(

perfect for family or 2 couples stay, 2 bathrooms/toilets

some chairs were not in the best conditions
