Bodrum Ortakent Luxury Private Villa with Pool

Very happy with the hosts in particular. They were always responding timely and helped a lot with taxis, directions, some deliveries, etc. Property is nice and cozy, AC in every room and everything was pristine on arrival.

- The villa itself was amazing and exceptionally clean. - The pool was well-maintained and very clean. - The villa was well-prepared with cleaning products, tools, cooking utensils, and barbecue essentials, which was very convenient. - One of the staff members, Nadim from the night shift, was exceptionally helpful with everything. - The rooms had very big closets, which were convenient for storage. General Aspects of the Area: - The location was kind of nice, with the coast just a 10-minute walk away. - The nearest best market, called A01, was conveniently close by

- A significant issue was the language barrier; the staff only spoke Turkish, making communication difficult as the contract was also written in Turkish. - We faced a serious safety concern when a delivery guy entered our villa without permission. As hijabis, this was particularly distressing because two men entered without knocking. - There was no complimentary housekeeping service, and when we requested it, the price was quite high. - Our primary communication was with a staff member named Eda during the morning shift. Initially, she seemed helpful but turned out to be manipulative. She offered to handle our transportation with promises of affordable prices and a VIP car, claiming that taxis were expensive. This turned out to be false, and we felt exploited financially.
