"Good"

The staff were nice and accommodating especially Hüseyin. The villa was nice large, comfortable, and clean.

The property was listed as a hotel however it was far from linked to it. No breakfast or any other food service available. In addition although it is a 10 minutes walk to their linked hotel it is dangerous to travel on foot since there is no pedestrian area. The biggest issue was the wifi it worker only in the first day. However, there was no connection in the following days for some reason and they couldn’t offer a service repair due to the holidays

"Great place, great host, great vacation"

The villa was very modern, very minimalistic in style and it had everything it needed. Accommodations were great, everything was provided, there is a smart-home system in place that we really liked. Although I visited with friends, I can see this being a perfect villa for a family or two on vacation in Bodrum - it is absolutely perfect for this. There are a shop and restaurants very, very near. Our host Huseyin was super helpful and assisted us with all of our questions about travel/place reservations. Thank you for this experience!

new villa - modern and clean, well equipped, 6 sun beds and sofa outside, nice territory, small shop and cafe 1 minute walk, very responsive staff

swimming pool is not heated, but we were able to swim in May
