The property was VERY interesting and unique and specially curated. The staff is warm, attentive, and welcoming.

Nothing really, it a pretty perfect stay.

Accueil exceptionnel. Magnifique chambre super bien équipée. Extrêmement bien placé dans Chiang Mai à 5min à pieds du temps Wat Phra Singh. Nous avons pu avoir un chauffeur de Tuktuk pour l’après midi qui nous a amené à tous les temples principaux de la ville à un tarif super raisonnable. Petit déjeuner délicieux et transfert aéroport très pratique. Un grand merci pour tout.

Seul bémol : on entendait le bruit de la route la nuit de la chambre mais c’est normal nous sommes au cœur de la ville dans une maison historique.

A most unusual hotel in all the best ways. Staff were exceptional, kind and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Western and Thai breakfast were available. Ambiance was perfect!

The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem. Location is great, it is in close to shops and restaurants but if you want to have calm holiday, you can,. The pool is one of most beautifully created pools i have seen. If it was not for the closure of last minute pool/ facilities due to wedding, i would have said perfect holiday spot if you want a high end calm resort stay in Thailand.

You cannot ” trust” that you can use the facilities….on Friday evening we get note that on the Saturday we cannot use the pool and rest due to wedding as from 13h. And same for Sunday. Since only one pool and the seas was rough, you really could not use facility. When you have a week vacation and for 2 days you cannot use the facilities as you had intended, it is very disappointing. The hotel knew this 1 year in advance and the least i would have expected is that they inform you upfront so that you have a chance to change venue. This did not happen, it was all an unpleasant last minute surprise. The staff was great in trying to manage but fact was there, the hotel was closed off for long time for the other guests staying there Have stayed at many high end resorts/hotel but have never experience this. In addition, the hotel is branded as calm classy hotel and the wedding was gay wedding and on the Sunday pool party, it was extravagant with dragshow, alcohol etc in middle of the property. Not compatible w the brand and how teh hotel is portraying itself on Tripadvisor and Booking com. Really a big mistake.

Great location, exceptional service, the place feels like a magical retreat. The rooms are so beautiful, the entire place feels relaxing, inviting and secluded. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants and places around the area. The host was fantastic and communicated with us over WhatsApp before our arrival to ensure everything was running smoothly. They also had laundry services, which was a nice surprise, and were also able to connect us with drivers to take us around the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back!!

Everything. Best place we stayed in 3 weeks in Thailand. You will leave fulfilled, energised and feeling blessed. The people, the Northern Thai breakfast, the tea, the cats, the hammocks, the rooms, the scents, the ambient sounds of Thai nature.

That we didn’t stay longer!
