The place was clean and quiet

Everything was perfect

The property was clean , it also had enough space, tv connection for entertainment and everything needed for a weekend

I was very dissatisfied with the pool, I did not have an opportunity to swim because I found the pool unwell and I was only told on the day that it needs to be fixed

Well designed lodge. Comfortable. Well located

Toilets run continuously after flushing. Pool was dirty and leaking.

We did our own breakfast and there were enough kitchen equipment's.

Access at the gate was a nightmare. We used more than one car and it was difficult to enter the premises at the main gate. There was no internet, TV not working. There was no one available to take calls when we struggled at the main gate. What was very irritating was that when we checked out, we were blamed for leaving the place dirty and the owner/manager demanded more money. Its as if we were expected do the laundry and dishes we used.

Tout. Une mise en place spéciale avec un grand salon-cuisine et 4 chambres, en binômes, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Les installations extérieures étaient parfaites. L'emplacement... Au cœur d'une réserve géniale, qu'on peut faire en voiture, à pied, en vélo, et où on s'est retrouvés à 30m de nombreuses girafes.

Location is unbelievable. Everyone who loves wildlife MUST stay in the Wildlife Estates. We spent mornings wandering the neighborhood bird and animal-watching and saw SO MUCH. The price was very good and the layout was perfect for our group of 8. We did not get to enjoy all the house had to offer, but loved the outdoor setting. It is a beautiful, practical and comfortable place for multiple couples or families to stay. The location was convenient for several days of ecotourism as well as nearby shopping and dining. The host was super responsive and accommodated our requests as much as possible.

We figured out the gate code eventually but this was tricky when coming in and out (especially with taxis) but of course this was for people and animal security. One of the toilets was not working but since there are 5 bathrooms this was not a problem. Some of the doors to the rooms were very difficult/impossible to lock. This was mostly a concern due to baboons (apparently). We did not have any issues as a result of leaving the doors unlocked.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was clean. 10/10
