Siesta Key Beach House

The Villa was clean and spacious with access to a pool and easy access to the best beach in the USA. Gabriela, our host was very informative. We let her know we were coming from the UK and she provided us with lots of recommendations . Would definitely recommend and hope to be able to come back one day.

The location is was and always will be the best feature of this property. The small area where this property is located is great love the properties next to it and the beds were really comfortable.

Unfortunately there are too many flaws with this property which is a shame, property is really outdated, too many broken and faulty items, such as a lamp, crack microwave old chipped kitchen cabinets, water heater makes noise every so often, showers do not have any space to place your soap, shampoo etc etc, furniture is really old and beat up. The property was a little bit dirty, the bed linen seemed as it was not washed and the other and on top of all that we had to take out trash and wash and dry towels and so being charged a cleaning fee and still have to do that is a rip off. Once money is put into property this property will be beyond amazing.

Great location, great property, and great service. Love the pool and short walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times! The pool is right off the master bedroom. The AC works great and the kitchen has everything you need. There’s plenty of towels for the beach and pool. I like that there is a washer and dryer. I accidentally left a necklace there and the owner was nice enough to find it for me and ship it back to me. It was so nice that she went above and beyond. Will stay here again!

Sink in the restroom make noise when open cold water and very low flow. A little bit of coffee not enough for the trip

Loved the location! It was spacious and well maintained.

Nothing major, but could use mirrors in the bedrooms, a drying rack for towels, and more hooks to hang things.

Beautiful neighborhood and a good amount of space

Screened in patio was used for storage and it was a filthy dirty, including the living room window sliding doors. I asked to have it cleaned. She said that was their storage room and people used to the pool area I said for the amount of money I’m paying I wanna clean and usable so she cleaned that and clean the entrance outside for you which had not been cleaned before I arrived ? Kitchen drawers stick together, so you have to open two in order to open one the kitchen table wobbles so we had to put something under it to make it steady and at one point, the whole table slid down towards the seating.. no water pressure in the master bedroom bathroom. Pool cleaning they took the leaves off the top and did not back in the bottom. They swept the leaves on the patio to the fence the next day the wind blows them right back in. They should pick them up and throw them in the trash.. living room sliding door does not lock anybody could walk in there. That long pants are no longer Teflon food sticks to them.. not a lot of matching dinner. Amount of hangers in the closet in adequate and a miss unmatched I asked for more hangers I did not get them.. screen doors from the master bedroom to the pool area where not on I asked Heather to put on. She said they don’t put them on because when it’s hot, the people leave it open and then the air conditioner freezes up well it was not hot while we were there so they could’ve been put on and she could do that as the weather dictates . Very disappointed, great location, beautiful pier back area, beautiful tree outside, but the unit is totally neglected and I told her so tell her if it was in better shape I would recommend it.. thank you for listening you asked so I told
