Beautiful accommodation and host Lily was wonderful.

The steep driveway means you lose sight of how close you are to the stone walls on either side particularly at night. Perhaps some lights/sensor lights on driveway would help. We were driving a Peugeot 308 rental - no issue for front bumper clearance. Always had option to park at top of driveway as well.

Sunny Side Up is a beautiful house with every facility. Our host was extremely helpful as one of our party was elderly and Lily went above and beyond normal expectations We visited The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan with very easy access from here. I would recommend this luxury to anyone looking to stay in St Austell!

Had everything you need and very clean

Sofa was very low and difficult to get up and down from . Wouldn’t be good for people with physical disabilities.

Wow! What a beautiful house. Lily is an amazing host, felt relaxed and welcomed straight from the start. We even met the boys who are extremely polite and respectful. Personal touches all over the house and you will struggle to find a better place to stay. We will be back.

Lilys property was unbelievably clean, organised, stylish. We arrived and were greeted by the best hostess with a big smile and warm welcome, she even made us all a scone each free of charge and left them for us on arrival. It was absolutely amazing and we are sad we only stayed for one night. When we came back after our dinner we forgot to get some milk and she kindly gave us some of her own. We cannot wait to go back there. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms lovely and clean. We couldn’t fault a thing, it was absolutely fantastic

It was all absolutely wonderful

The house was immaculate and had everything in it that you could possibly want plus many extras, the attention to detail was above and beyond. Lily the host was absolutely lovely, so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The little extras she left for us made our stay perfect and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed in. I really can’t recommend Lily and her accommodation highly enough.

Wow, factor! Attention to detail from the host. What a lovely surprise, after a long journey to walk into a beautifully presented home with not only a welcoming table setting including bucksfizz in a champagne bucket but a full on cream tea, scones and nibbles in the fridge and a lovely welcome message. All these and more personal touches really made me smile and gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling. The bathrooms were fabulous ,showers easy to use, and the bath! well, if ever there was an Instagram moment ! I will leave you to discover that for yourself .I could have just had my whole holiday in there! I slept so well my bed was perfect. Never have I stayed in a place where around every corner pride has been taken.

Nothing except the rain, but movies on the comfy sofa made up for it . The pictures don't do It justice.
