"Comfortable homely stay and great host,"

Lovely property and host did a great job providing a lovely cream tea and basics like milk and tea/coffee, well stocked kitchen and some bubbly was added as a welcome. The beds were exceptional - most comfortable sleep ever and rooms were well stocked and clean. Cute little villa and nice location close to st Austell beach.

Extremely narrow road - struggled to get car in and out. Watch out for the steep hills! Close proximity to lots of neighbouring properties so lacked a bit of privacy,

It was a home not only a place to stay, Lily took hosting to next level! If I could I would give it a 11 not a 10 🙂

I can’t fault anything, I just didn’t had a weather that I hoped for but rain didn’t scare me off 😉

Comfortable and spacious house. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for two couples. Some nice personal additions with cream tea and bubbly. Thank you

The decor is not to my taste and a little fussy, but that is just personal taste. We did not meet the owner, who lives on site, but she is obviously very passionate about providing a great service.
