Very lovely, private property with a beautiful pool and amazing staff. We will return.

The staff made us feel very welcome and at the same time let us be. There are scooters for rent at the property what makes going around very easy. Kuta town is nearby but too far to walk. The room was huge either lots of storing space which nice as we stayed a week. The bed and pillows were exceptionally good. Great breakfast and daily room cleaning. Large water container in the room for cold and hot water. The pool is a nice bonus to chill after a hot day. Rumi and her team are amazing.

It says it’s villa joey but not on booking.com so I couldn’t find it for over a hour needs changed plus the address takes u 2 500m down the road not a good experience after driving for 2 hours to get there also I told her I wanted to leave early so they locked the gate even after telling her I wanted to leave early no staff was there the security guard heard me shouting as I was frustrated that she totally ignored what I said I understand it’s needs to be secured but I specifically told her I get up at 5.30 am because of the roasters n Muslim music yet still locked the gate

The villa is wonderful. We’ll cured in every detail. Quality furniture and facilities. Infinity pool and breakfast area was a pleasure to use. Comfortable beds and well clean rooms. The staff was amazing. Rumi was always kind and available to us for any necessities. Her smile and kind moods were the cherry on the stay. Recommended!!

Modern, clean and very nice rooms. Bed is very comfortable, the rooms is cleaned every day. Breakfast is served at your convenience every morning. The staff is also very helpful and kind, both Rumi and Vano made us feel very welcomed and at home. Would definitely be back :)

5 min scooter ride from the “downtown of Kuta”

We loved our stay! Super clean, complete and comfortable place. Rumi and all the staff were so attentive and we felt very happy there. The scooter hire was done right there, breakfast included every day and the room cleaned daily. Hot and pressurised shower, spacious balcony and comfortable bed. The town centre with all the restaurants and cafés is a 5-minute scooter ride away and the beaches are within easy reach! We highly recommend it.

Best staff team we've ever had! Welcoming, friendly and helpful in any way :-) Very good personalizable breakfast. Other offerings such as cloth washing and scooters were pleasant. Good location close to the city center and motoGP court
