Kokoi Villas

We had a great time staying at Kokoi Villas. It was really central to everything Kuta Lombok has to offer. You could walk to town in 10-15 minutes. Awesome private little villa with own pool for those hot afternoons to cool down after the beach before dinner. The property manager Yulia was incredibly warm & friendly and accommodating helping us with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again. :)

Having been to Lombok in the past, this suited us well. It was our little home away from home. As we didn't need to do many tours, Kokoi provided us with a little safe haven to come back and relax in. It is a 10-15 min walk into Kuta hub. Because it is not busy like Bali, we each got a scooter to get around on. (We are 57 and 62) There is a night club at the top of the driveway which was fun and massage service which were great. It was quiet and we would stay here again.

The place was great, but better kitchen utensils are needed if you were there for a longer stay. We don't like to eat out all of the time. Small things.....but even a coffee mug would be appreciated.

The floors are clean but beside that a lot of dirty stuff like kitchen things, baskets. Shower soap with white fungus in the bottle Dirty fridge by arriving We booked 3 nights but only had 2 breakfast . So they make their own rules but never communicated in advance

Excellent value and a very nice small villa with a tiny plunge pool. Very clean and Yulia has thought of her guest's comfort in many small ways. The outdoor covered living area is very comfortable. The pool is very tiny but clean and pleasant to use. Kitchen facilities were very good. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked very well. Location is ok - around 15-20 mins walk into centre and down a dirt road. There is a new building site happening next door with loads of big trucks back and forth and dust in the air, but mostly it was ok. It was excellent value at IDR1,400,00 per night and we would definitely come again.

Be aware that there is a new building site happening next door. It didn't really bother us, except for some dusty moments, but there was some noise throughout the day which might bother some people.

We loved the really cosy and comfy outdoor area with Netflix. We loved the outdoor/indoor bathroom and the cleanliness. 15 minute walk to the main area, scooter rental right next door is convenient. Kitchen well equipped, pool area was great. Loved our time here thank you so much, best we have stayed in Bali/Lombok/Gillis’s. Security sat outside all night also.

Perfect relaxed private atmosphere. Villas are great looking exactly as in the pictures. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate with.
