Kokoi Villas

Comfortable and beautiful

A bit far from town. You need a bike.

The Villa and pool were lovely, very close to all of the restaurants and bars in Kuta, we hired bikes to get to the restaurants but found they were even closer than we thought after exploring by foot. We had an amazing time staying here. The host was fantastic and security outside the villas at night, including the sweet resident dog “boy” who welcomed us outside each time we arrived back to the villas.

Overall everything was really lovely, just some areas could have been a bit cleaner.

Everything is like the pictures and new, good value for money. Bed is comfortable and all the spaces are big with nice details. We enjoyed the fact there is one entire wall with an open wardrobe where to put the luggages and open them raised from the floor. I would recommend to stay here. There is a night watchman so we felt safe.

The pool was very clean

Shower pressure was unpredictable, and often a trickle. Hot water runs out before you can properly clean yourself. Kitchen could be better stocked with proper size pans, a toaster.

A very clean, cozy and quaint space. I loved all of the details in this villa. It’s such a perfect little villa for two people even for a longer stay. It has water, coffee and tea. We rented the bike from them and the main centre is not too far about 3-5 mins drive.

The villas are very private. We loved the layout of the place and the private pool aswell. The bathroom is semi outside and has good waterpressure with hot water!

There is a building site just around the corner and it’s a bit noisy
