Phaedrus Living Venus Seaview Lighthouse Villa

Apart from the fact that it is in the center of the city the property is located in a very old complex. It was not clean, it smelled badly and it lacked the basics for a property that charged 1000 per night! Not even garbage bags, washing liquid etc. There was not even a table or chairs in the garden to sit taking into consideration that the property is rented to families during summer. The pool had very high levels of chlorine and nobody could use it for 2 days. The beach is far and you even have to take a car to go there. Definately not value for money.

The villa was great, there was plenty of space for everyone, all the comforts were there. The villa is in a very convenient location, close to all the pubs and the port. Many thanks to the hosts

The bathrooms are a bit small

Lot of bathrooms. Everyone has own bathroom. Big TV. Nespresso coffee machine I was there in February, the price of the house was very discounted. For this price I received a modern house with many amenities and modern bathrooms. Internet was fine, there was no problem with connection during my stay (for 12 people and 12 smartphones)

Only small issues: 1. During our week-long stay, there was a noticeable lack of a vacuum cleaner. 2. There was a smell of damp in one bathroom.

Everything was really good, the view was amazing, and we had really large spaces.

We had a party, and the neighbours were angry but it is what it is.

Villa was beautiful, great location, right by the mall and the main strip of Paphos (bar street). Host was very easy to get ahold of and very helpful with their communication. We couldn't find the villa initially (it was right in front of us) but the host got on a video call instantly to help direct us.

Nothing. It was perfect

5 rooms, most of them have private bathroom, sea view from the second floor, close to the Kings Avenue Mall and generally it is a good location. A big common parking is next to the villa. There is a big TV in the living room.

Neighbourhood does not match this villa. Dirty and poor area. The sunbeds and bed covers / pillows were dirty. No one removed leaves next to the entrance. We didn’t find warm blankets even though it’s December. Quality of villa doesn’t match the price and it’s low season now.
