Villa Theodora

This is a lovely, homely villa. It is well equipped and has everything you could need for all the family. The pool is great, it is shaded in the afternoon, which is really helpful in peak heat. The table tennis table is an extra bonus, and there are books to read in both English and Greek. Fantastic location, easy drive to anywhere. Supermarkets very nearby, central Paphos is approx 10 minute drive. All carparks are free. Many beaches to visit. You would need a car to get around, unless you are planning to use the buses. From the villa, the coastal promenade is few minutes walk away, and is stunning in the evening, with beautiful sunset views. The sunset is also a joy to watch from the rooftop verranda. The hosts are lovely- friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Andreas 😊

Minor thing really, but the mattress in the master bedroom could benefit from a topper, as you can feel some of the springs. Otherwise, there was nothing to dislike!!

All the beds are comfortable which made the stay alot easier the villas and its location for our family.

Lovely villa with decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen got all the equipment you need. Tennis table,BBQ and swimming pool in the garden. Walking distance to the beach. Local shop 2 minutes drive from the villa and is open 24 hrs. This place is what you need for a week break. Nice and quiet area. . Already booked the villa again for my September holiday. 🌞

Place was in good location.

House in pictures was More bigger than in life. Kids playground was small and sport vehicle was in bad condition. I like all, but in pictures all looked bigger and better condition.

Exceptional value for money, great layout with loads of space. Pool was a very good size and crystal clear. Was nice to be on a private road with just a few other villas. Andreas was on hand with anything that we needed.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. Only issue we had was one of the neighbours had a dog that suddenly started barking for long periods at any time of the day but that’s not anything that the villa management have control over to be fair
