Super location but not for those looking for a party experience. Proximity to the beach. Fantastic view. Very helpful host. Close to local sea front restaurants and the Deiland shopping centre.

The premises is great but could do with some general maintenance. Nothing that needed doing however would put us off going there again. We loved it.

The location is superb, lovely and quiet and not overlooked with a fine view. It has a fine outdoor dining area and small private pool as well as access to a larger pool very close by. The property is very spacious and comfortable with a large television. The host kindly had left some beer, wine and water for us on our arrival which was very much appreciated.

It is a 2 bedroom property and no bed linen was provided for the second bedroom. Towels were scarce and in need of upgrading. Pool towels would have been appreciated but we're not provided. The washing machine was defunct. The property in general is a bit tired and in need of some attention.

Die Lage ist einzigartig und es ist ein wunderschöner Ausblick. Morgens ist der Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer phänomenal.

Leider ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist zwar alles da, was man braucht, aber je mehr man schaut, umso deutlicher werden die Abnutzungsspuren. Leider sowohl im Innen, als auch im Außenbereich.

The villa was in an amazing location, sea views and beautiful outdoor space.

The property is a little dated and tired. Furniture definitely needs replacing and a few cosmetic repairs would really improve the villa.

Stunning location overlooking the beach with beautiful sunrises. Very relaxed, quiet corner of Lanzarote. Away from major tourist centres such as Playa Blanca but within easy strolling distance of several excellent restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Beautiful sandy swimming beach just across a pathway. Quiet neighbours and great relaxing outdoor space.

As others have mentioned the property is a bit tired with various minor problems, eg. Couple of cupboard door hinges broken, toilet seat broken, problems with some of the skirting boards coming away from the wall. HOWEVER, if you look past these minor problems - it really is exceptional.

Die Aussicht ist einfach nur wunderbar. Der Aussenbereich grosszügig und toll. Die Lage ruhig aber trotzdem kann man alles was man braucht zu Fuss erreichen.

Leider ist im Innenbereich vieles wirklich verbraucht und müsste erneuert werden.

Incredible location and view. Quiet beach. Very well equipped apartment. Perfect and very helpful hosts. Cannot recommend highly enough.

What a stunning villa! So spacious and the view is unbeatable, this place ticked all the boxes for us and we are already booking to come back in a few months. Fernando and gianluca really made everything easy for us, from sending images of how to access the villa, to meeting us at the property on arrival, carrying our luggage to the villa, showing us around, leaving us some treats in the fridge on our arrival (beer and wine much appreciated!)😍 and also sending us some tourist info on the best places to go in the area, so a massive thank you to you both for a wonderful holiday. See you again soon!😍

Very minor details that would simply be feedback, could use the spa bath but jets didn't work and some skirting boards were loose. Would definitely recommend getting mattress and pillow protectors, however everything was fresh and clean! So no complaints here!
