Der Vermieter war sehr nett & hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen! Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut. Die Lage des Apartments ist definitiv einzigartig und wunderschön!

Das Apartment sowie die komplette Anlage ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In dem Apartment blättert beispielsweise die Tapete an manchen Stellen ab und die Stuhlbezüge haben Risse.

La casa está muy bien... El sofá, los colchones y almohadas muy cómodos... Pero la guinda es el patio con la piscina privada y las vistas, espectacular. Agradecer a Fernando y a Gianluca la flecibilidad en los horarios.

top betreuung, super lage, top sauber, bequeme Betten, nichts zu meckern! Toller Blick und sehr ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung

Ausstattung ist ziemlich abgenutzt, zum Teil zerschlissene Stühle, Wände durch Seeluft bröckeln ab, alles etwas älter und zum Teil wirklich renovierungsbedürftig Villa ist etwas übertrieben- Appartment mit Plungepool trifft es eher! Lage top- allerdings sehr windig, kein Windschutz etc vorhanden

"A lovely week spent in my favorite town on the island."

The villa was very comfortable and a perfect base to enjoy the lovely quiet town of Playa Honda. Fernando was very helpful. He offered to arrange our taxis to the airport on the day we left. I will be looking to stay again, next time for 2 weeks.

The villa is located in a complex. The exterior approach to the villa is in need of attention. But I don't think this is Fernando's responsibility.
